Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Salad Prep to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation of salads, dressings, and other cold dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for salad recipes according to set guidelines
- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits
- Assemble salads and cold dishes with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients used
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salad preparation area
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of salad ingredients

Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and menu planning
- Familiarity with working in a dietary department is a plus
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques including the use of knives
- Experience in catering or food service industry is advantageous
