Job SummaryThe Monroe Services Manager is responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, and
supervision of services in Monroe County. Ensure Goodwill Industries follows all contractual agreements
for the provision of services.
Essential Functions
- Promotes and demonstrates cooperation and teamwork.
- Assists in preparing for Person Centered Planning meetings.
- Ensures weekly schedule for Monroe staff is completed and published to meet the service needs.
- Adjusts working hours to include early and late meetings, work schedules and contacts at various
- Oversees the selection, supervision, and training of the Skills Trainers.
- Oversees the planning, documenting, and evaluation of Person-Centered Planning as consistent
- Documents and reports on program activities' needs and results to include but not limited to
- Complies with standards and effectively communicates any discrepancies with staff and
- Professionally and positively communicates with referral sources, homes, guardians, and other
- Provides coverage and supervision for services as needed.
- Maintains and implements all applicable safety laws, regulations, and policies. Assures safety of
- Responsible for monitoring program standards in compliance with CARF standards, recipient's
- Ensures compliance with agency and funding reporting requirements including contract
- Oversees the tracking of reports, individual progress, and community engagement activities.
- Oversees individual case records, program data, and other records as needed.
- Responsible for the preparation of program audits and monitoring activities.
- Oversees accurate billing information, to include Medicaid billing, for MITC.
- Responsible for the supply inventory for Monroe Services including form supply, office supplies,
