Union Bank is seeking a motivated individual for a full-time Customer Care Associate position. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing professional and quality telephone support for customers, employees, and others in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner. This includes answering basic inquiries and requests regarding deposit accounts and services, electronic banking services, and loan servicing issues.
