Responsibilities of a Therapist:
- Responsible for evaluating and treating residents and patients with conditions that are mentally, physically, developmentally, or emotionally disabling, to improve their ability to perform tasks of daily living
- Conducting assessments of clients and developing or following a treatment plan.
- Assessing the home and work environments of clients and deciding what adjustments are needed.
Qualifications for a Therapist:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapy required.
- Licensed in Physical/ Occupational/Speech Therapy in the state of practice (if required by state law)
- One (1 ) or more years of clinical experience preferred.
