Hotel Investment Services is Hiring a Public Area Attendant Near Mackinac Island, MI
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to ensure the cleanliness and organization of all public areas in our facility. The Public Area Attendant will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness in lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and other common areas.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all public areas are clean and well-maintained
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and clean surfaces, including windows and mirrors
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Restock supplies, including restroom amenities
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and visitors
