We are looking for a maintenance technician to service a property in Madison, IN, Monday-Friday on 1st Shift from 7:00am-3:30 pm, OR 3rd Shift 11:00pm-7:30am
Job Description
This role performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and grounds. Working under close supervision, assists in monitoring building system operations and performance. Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.
