MRA is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results driven Mobile Exhibit Account Executive’s to join our rapidly growing experiential marketing team.
The operational Account Executive is responsible for managing MRA’s client event tours including clients’ expectations and event tour coordination. Under the management of their respective Channel Director, the Account Executive’s primary goals are to manage day-to-day tour coordination, managing tour schedules to be compliant with DOT regulations and contract SOW, coordinate details with host site and field team, pull permits when necessary and communicate status communications with clients.

Skills/Requirements:
· Minimum 1-2 years' experience with working directly with clients and marketing events
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or related field
· Knowledge of principles and processes for providing client services
· Understands how to manage a roadshow and track day-to-day activities
· Understands the details involved with producing and activating a roadshow
· Knowledge of basic mobile exhibit build principles
· Effectively manages large-scale mobile campaigns
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
· Negotiates effectively
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
