Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator position will report to the Director of Marketing & IT and encompasses a range of duties to support our in-house marketing operations. Successful candidates for this role must possess strong technical abilities and troubleshooting skills, organization skills, written and oral communication skills, and be able to work independently as well as in team projects with minimal supervision. The Marketing Coordinator will field requests from internal team members and external customers and coordinate with our design team, vendors and utilize our in-house capabilities to fulfill their orders. This position does require the operation of a digital printing press.

Job Responsibilities:

• Field internal marketing requests as well as requests from external customers.
• Coordinate with our design team, vendors and utilize internal resources to produce marketing materials and labels.
• Coordinate product launches and support ongoing brand initiatives.
• Maintain marketing give-a-way supply levels.
• Assist in the coordination and planning of large conference events.
• Facilitate mass marketing campaign mailings. Both email and physical mailings.
• Data entry associated with product upkeep on our ecommerce sites.
• Assist HR with employee communications.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Strong knowledge of social media and other basic marketing platforms.
