MRA mobile experiential is Hiring an Account Executive Near Madison, MI

MRA is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results driven Mobile Exhibit Account Executive’s to join our rapidly growing experiential marketing team. 

The operational Account Executive is responsible for managing MRA’s client event tours including clients’ expectations and event tour coordination. Under the management of their respective Channel Director, the Account Executive’s primary goals are to manage day-to-day tour coordination, managing tour schedules to be compliant with DOT regulations and contract SOW, coordinate details with host site and field team, pull permits when necessary and communicate status communications with clients.

Key Responsibilities (included but are not limited to):

EXECUTE DAY-TO-DAY TOUR ACTIVATION

  •  Maintain tour schedules
  •  Ensure schedules and activations are DOT compliant
  •  Monitor tour scope
  •  Procure approved host site locations
  •  Map suitable parking locations
  •  Pull permits when necessary
  •  Develop event day run-of-show and distribute to all associated parties
  •  Oversee daily road staff activities
  •  Establish rapport and maintain solid client relationship
  •  Establish rapport and maintain solid relationship with tour operator / drivers

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP NURTURING

  •  Develop strong client relationships including meeting clearly defined expectations that create the foundation for optimal client experiences
  •  Provide client with weekly status reports to provide clarity on tour status
  •  Work daily with client points-of-contact on tour event bookings and details
  •  Become a “go-to” for client related problems
  •  Create a positive experience for clients

PROACTIVITY & PROBLEM RESOLUTION

  •  Advise client and implement tour best practices
  •  Actively seek ways improve processes both on the road and internally
  •  Actively research ways to be more tour cost conscious and financially responsible 
  •  Work with Directors, Production and Maintenance departments to help prevent and resolve emergency roadside repairs
  •  When applicable, communicate with client on roadside emergencies and their resolutions

CREATIVE THINKING & ADDED VALUE PROVIDER

  •  Continually assess tour activity and provide ideas to improve effectiveness and the overall visitor experience

Skills/Requirements:

· Minimum 1-2 years' experience with working directly with clients and marketing events

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or related field

· Knowledge of principles and processes for providing client services

· Understands how to manage a roadshow and track day-to-day activities

· Understands the details involved with producing and activating a roadshow

· Knowledge of basic mobile exhibit build principles

· Effectively manages large-scale mobile campaigns

· Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline driven environment

· Negotiates effectively

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
