Leading Healthcare Company looking for a talented Senior Financial Analyst
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for participating in value added financial analytics to facilitate top line growth and business efficiency in working at direction of the Regional Finance Director. The successful candidate will be expected to routinely provide financial insights on region’s financial and sales performance to regional leadership. Main duties include supporting growth and efficiency through required analysis related to pricing, new deals and productivity & efficiency initiatives. Position will work closely with centralized accounting and financial planning and analysis.
Assist in validating Invigorate reporting in coordination with key Operational Leadership Team members
Provide value added analysis related to Regional Commercial and Operations Leadership
Productivity performance by department and function
Productivity and Expense Trending – identification of actions required to improve
PSC/IOP cost management, including SWB & Productivity, supplies, logistics & bad debt
Supplies & Lab Sub performance, including cost & test menu analysis
Ad-Hoc reporting using various different Systems
Using Raw Data to create Analysis that can be used for decision-making
Responsible for understanding critical revenue metrics in the Region, including
Volume performance
Local/regional health plan contract utilization and price points
Reimbursement analysis
Test level profitability
Account level profitability
Pricing analysis
Extensive involvement with FP&A in capital deployment activity, including
Capital Spend monitoring and budgeting
Investment look back analysis
ROI and NPV calculations for prioritization of capital projects
Internal Control Oversight
SOX Testing for financial controls and others as identified
Physician Inventory, including Supplies and
Asset management
Provides input for forecasts based on acquired business insights
All other duties as assigned
