Duties:

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing basic IV therapy, and assisting with procedures.
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Assist with patient education and provide support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain electronic health records using eClinicalWorks.
- Perform basic laboratory tests and assist with sterile processing.

Qualifications:

- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current state license.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
- Basic IV therapy skills required.
- Familiarity with Tebra or similar electronic health record system is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
