Trane has a new exciting opportunity to join our organization as an Equipment Project Manager in our Maitland, FL Commercial Sales Office. You will manage all aspects of equipment projects, from beginning to end, with direct responsibility for project execution while working with a team to accomplish specific objectives in a given time frame and with available resources.
This position is eligible for a Hybrid work schedule, which entails working from the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Please Note: This is not a traditional Construction Project Manager position-- this position will be based in-office. This is not a technical position, but administrative and financial in nature. You would be managing the daily tasks of given projects working closely with internal and external customers. This position sits in-office, and does not entail travel to job sites or to customers.
You will be responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of projects and accountable for assigned project’s scope of work, schedule, and budget. Must have great communication skills, organizational skills, follow up and strong ability to multitask on different tasks and computer systems. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, will have a strong sense of urgency, and learn quickly through hands on/job shadow training with ability to learn in a fast paced, high volume environment. Experience in financial management/project budgeting required. Construction industry experience preferred.
