Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Duties:

- 3 years of wine knowledge and fine dining

-Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take food and drink orders accurately

- Serve food and beverages promptly

- Upsell menu items and specials to increase revenue

- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently

- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and ensure tables are set properly

- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Skills:

- Time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Hospitality mindset to provide exceptional service

- Sales skills to promote menu items effectively

- Upselling techniques to increase sales

- Basic math proficiency for accurate order taking and bill calculation

- Strong customer service orientation

- Experience in food service industry 3 Years fine dining

- Cash handling experience is a plus

- Ability to build positive guest relations

- Familiarity with Toast POS system is advantageous
