Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to oversee our bakery operations. The Bakery Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring high-quality baked goods, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bakery management, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a passion for creating delicious baked goods.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of bakery operations, including production, inventory management, and quality control
- Develop and implement bakery recipes and menus
- Train and supervise bakery staff on baking techniques, food safety procedures, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special orders or events
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and principles
- Experience in banquet or restaurant management preferred
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Proficient in food preparation and kitchen management
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality

Pay: $15.75 - $22.25 per hour
