Summary :

Seeks a Billing Administrator to ensure accurate and timely operation in revenue recognition and billing, supporting the Service business within the Connected Care business cluster.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Ensure accurate and timely case / work order closure and invoicing.
• Assign costs to customer contracts as appropriate.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance service delivery.
• Support the Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics division by managing billing processes aligned with BioTelemetry operations.

Skills / Education :

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in reimbursement services, insurance / medical billing, collections, or Accounts Receivable in medical billing.
• Revenue cycle management experience with insurance companies preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems.
• Experience with Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility CMS1500 professional billing is a plus.

Work Environment :

This is a hybrid position; requires 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home each week.

Pay Details : $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
