ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service and support.
Assess clients' insurance needs and offer personalized insurance solutions that meet their unique requirements.
Educate clients on various insurance products, policy options, and coverage details to ensure they have a thorough understanding of their insurance policies.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Nurture and grow the agency's client base through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records to facilitate efficient communication and follow-up.
RequirementsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
