**Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and ensure our business is well-coordinated and productive.

**Duties:**

- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and practices to achieve company goals

- Manage day-to-day activities, including planning, organizing, and coordinating various departments

- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement

- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve operational excellence

- Collaborate with senior management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

- Identify opportunities for business growth and development

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in operations management with a focus on sales, leadership, profit loss, strategic planning, project management, supervising, process improvement, and business development

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills

- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Pay: $55,000.00 - $61,361.00 per year
