MGX Beverage Group is Hiring a Warehouse Operator (Loader) Near Mansfield, MA
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Operator position will contribute to the overall success of the warehouse operations performing a combination of tasks related to the receiving, transporting, selecting and shipment of products on a daily basis.
Essential Functions:
- Loading of Trucks.
- Receive incoming products by unloading products off a trailer, either by a fork-lift, Slip-Sheet Machine, or by hand.
- Identify, verify, and inspect incoming products for accuracy or damages.
- Label product with identifying information so that product can be stored properly.
- Transport pallets and cases throughout the warehouse to a storage location.
- Pick products (cases or pallets) as dictated by the order.
- Prepare picked orders (verify, pack, label) for a shipment prior to moving to staging area before being loaded.
- Secure freight in trailers using appropriate tools and supplies.
- Identify damages, report shortages and quality deficiencies.
- Must be able to fill in as a backup for other key functional duties as needed.
- Perform Daily equipment inspections.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Warehouse Operator.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
- Required experience in a warehouse with all and processes around receipt, put away, replenishment, picking, loading.
- Experience using RF guns and the ability to use a WMS preferred.
- Material handling experience, including forklifts, slip sheets, reach trucks and pallet jacks.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
