**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, account management, and business development.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and account management
- Conduct sales by either door to door or scheduled appointments to new and existing clients
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Provide technical sales support to customers as needed
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or related field
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive sales strategies
- Experience in outdoor sales is a plus
