Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our facility, ensuring a clean and visually appealing environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform garden and landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and watering
- Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Assist with hardscape projects including pathways, patios, and retaining walls
- Conduct tree trimming and pruning as needed
- Operate power tools and equipment for various landscaping tasks
- Mow lawns and perform regular lawn care activities
- Ensure the proper upkeep of outdoor areas to enhance overall aesthetics

Skills:
- Proficiency in garden and landscape maintenance techniques
- Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining equipment
- Experience with tree trimming and using power tools
- Ability to perform hardscape projects effectively
- Strong attention to detail in maintaining outdoor spaces

Ability to work beyond standard hours when necessary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the guests’ needs. Ability to comprehend and follow instructions from supervisor. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent with at least one (1) year hospitality experience.
