Marianna Animal Hospital, a pillar in the community for over 50 years, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Assist veterinarians in routine examinations, surgeries, and other medical procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by veterinarians.
• Perform laboratory tests, including blood work, urinalysis, and diagnostic imaging.
• Educate pet owners on preventive care, medications, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the clinic, including exam rooms and equipment.
• Provide compassionate and attentive care to both patients and their owners.
• Collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality veterinary services.

• Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) or equivalent qualification (Prefered)
• At least 1 year of experience working as a veterinary technician.
• Strong knowledge of veterinary medical practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards animals and their owners.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings as needed.
