Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst with FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough financial analysis, including variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather data, analyze trends, and prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
• Assist in the development of annual operating budgets and long-term strategic plans.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
• Evaluate financial performance against key business metrics and benchmarks.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as requested.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience (3 years) in financial analysis, preferably with a focus on FP&A.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is a plus.
