Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including employee relations, payroll, and talent management.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall human resources program including equal opportunity employment, affirmative action.
- Responsible for tracking and data entry of all employee information including annual evaluations, compensation and benefit information.
- Organizes and prepares a variety of administrative reports, letters, internal forms and contracts, and accurate maintenance of required files.
- Responsible for orientation of new employees, insuring they are appropriately entered into payroll system and execute mandatory training.
-Maintains all human resource files in a current status in accordance with established Center procedures.
- Responsible for Social Media, maintaining and new postings.
- Complete annual enrollment with all employees on agency benefits.
- Advertise open job positions both internally and externally, including recruitment with attending job and health fairs.
-Participate in interviewing and hiring process, including necessary paperwork.
- Responsible for tracking and maintaining continuing education credits for professionals and practitioners.
- Assist in Payroll processes: payroll, accounts payable and deposits
Skills:
- Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in payroll processes and systems
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in employee orientation and training development programs
- Knowledge of affirmative action planning and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with HRIS platform Paycom for data management
- Must have excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills.
