Skyhawk Rentals is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Martin, TN
Job duties and requirements include, but are not limited to:
-Working under our Maintenance Coordinator, responsible for overall maintenance of the properties managed by Skyhawk Rentals.
-Electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, & repairs for day-to-day work orders.
-Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance. (on-call shifts in rotation with other maintenance staff)
-Make units ready for move ins in a timely manner.
-Be professional and have courteous manner with all tenants, visitors, vendors, and fellow Skyhawk Rentals employees.
-MUST have High School Diploma or GED!
-MUST have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation! Gas allowance given!
SIGN-ON BONUS TERMS:
*Bonus will be paid after 30 DAYS of employment with NO missed days and NO write-ups.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
