Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Lead and manage on-site construction teams.
  • Ensure adherence to construction plans and specifications.
  • Monitor and control project progress and quality.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Implement and maintain safety standards and procedures.
  • Provide regular reports on project status to management.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role ( 3 years).
  • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent time and project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Full-Time 
  • Pay $40.00 to $50.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
  • Collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Room for professional growth and development.
