What We Are Seeking
We are seeking a full-time Commercial Lines Account Executive with high energy, exceptional communication skills and a strong desire to build a career with our agency and long-lasting relationships with our clients. We are looking for a self-starter who is detail oriented, comfortable working remotely and loves working in a team environment. While this position reports into our Darien, CT office, it is 100% remote.
Job Responsibilities
- Issue Certificates of Insurance.
- Process endorsements and change requests.
- Build rapport and relationships with our clients by providing exceptional customer service through proactive and responsive communication.
- Update management system (EPIC experience is preferred but will consider any agency management system).
- Perform various account duties such as policy checking, policy rating and policy delivery.
- Participate in internal team meetings to discuss client needs.
- Normal work week will be based on the Eastern time zone.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- License: Property & Casualty (ANY)
Preferred Skills
- Some College, No Degree
- License: Property & Casualty (CT)
- Designation & Certification: CISR or CPIA
- Management & Rating Systems: EPIC – may train if other agency management system experience
- Computer Skills: MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Teams, Windows 10, Zoom
- Languages: English
