Warranty Claims Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Interact with OEM partners on warranty claims
• Provide customer support for warranty issues identified by the customers
• Document and provide support for quality issues and 8Ds assuring timely completion of corrective action plans related to the warranty activities
• Work with Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering and Suppliers to track and provide feedback for ongoing warranty activities
• Coordinate with Sales Engineering and Quality to provide warranty data for customer presentations
• Maintain and promote a safe work environment
• Support the continual improvement process of the QMS
• Maintain IATF16949 quality certification as required by our customers

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lead cross-functional groups to resolve concerns
• High school graduate with solid technical background either through education or documented work experience
• Must have experience with PFMEA, control plans, PPAP, gage R&R studies, and SPC
• Must have experience with problem solving methods and tools, G8D, 5 Why, Is / Is Not Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, Cause & Effect Investigation
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with major computer programs including Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Power Point
• Strong problem solving, leadership, and communication skills required
