LPN Unit Manager
Mayfield Heights Nursing And Rehabilitation is a 150-bed facility providing long term care, skilled rehabilitation, intensive outpatient care, and dementia focused care. We provide a full team approach in our resident care with support from our Charge Nurses, Unit Managers and Director of Nursing.
We are currently seeking an experienced full-time Unit Manager to join our team. The Unit Manager will be accountable for all operational aspects of the unit(s), including staffing, management, and coordination of nursing service activities for the scheduled shift to ensure quality care for our residents. Strong communications and relations with other shifts for continuity of care is required, as well as the ability to interact positively with residents, families and other healthcare professionals.
