Engagement Specialist
Job Description
The employee engagement specialist will support the daily operations for the Engagement Department. Some of the duties include onboarding, schedule interviews, attend job fairs, assist FOD staff with special trainings, schedule insurance sessions, and assist with internal mail run and Charlottesville mail run. Will assist with international employee programs. Must be a team player and be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and teammates. Bilingual prefer but not required.
Requirements:
- Microsoft office programs knowledge
- Coordinate onboarding, HR orientation, Insurance sessions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attend recruitment events
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with public, department heads, managers, and staff
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Plan and implement work in an efficient manner
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Schedule:
Monday-Friday (one or two Saturdays per month)
Hours:
8:30am-5pm (additional hours as needed)
