Responds to employee’s

ssages in the Clerk Message System * Calls employees for follow up issues received in the Clerk Message System * Directs non-payroll-related messages received in the Clerk Message System to the appropriate team members * Investigates missing time issues and makes historical corrections accordingly * Assists employees with password reset or retraining * Runs daily reports in the Passport System to identify employees who did not clock out, for these employees, enters the in-punch into the employee’s timecards * Assists with adjusting coordinates on new GEO Locations into the Passport system * Assists employees with GEO Location issues * Assists with reconciling the VP checks for the Paving division * Posts the batch and recalculates payroll * Calculates overtime * Reconciles VP checks against UKG Pro checks Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED. * Minimum of one-year experience in an administrative role. * Skilled in use of computer and software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Bilingual, fluently speak, read, and write English and Spanish * Must be a team player. * Demonstrates moderate level of organization and attention to detail.
