The Early Learning Apprenticeship Coach provides ongoing and intensive Technical Assistance through Practice-Based Coaching and training to Early Childhood Apprentices.
The Early Learning Apprenticeship Coach is focused on providing support to early childhood educators throughout the apprenticeship process by facilitating the setting of teaching practice goals, reviewing data, and altering practices to apply skills learned to achieve continuous high-quality early care and education.
This position may support apprenticeship placements in Marion, Polk, and Yamhill counties.
This position will be in Yamhill County.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Human Development, Child & Family Studies, Social Work, Sociology, or Psychology).
Master's Degree preferred.
