Robert Half is Hiring a Bookkeeper Near Mechanicsburg, PA
Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable, including invoicing and reconciliation
- Maintain and update insurance certificates as needed
- Serve as a backup for weekly payroll processing
- Provide administrative support, such as answering phones, managing front desk operations, maintaining office supplies, and scheduling appointments
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping records are maintained
- Ensure all financial data is entered accurately and in a timely manner
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping role or similar position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
