Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - PT Home HealthShift: Days, 8a-5:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, M-F
Length: 13 Weeks
Weekend/Holiday: PT's rotate one Saturday every 6-8 weeks. (the Sat. they work would be given a day off during the week) Saturday only
Requirements:
- WI License
- 1 Year experience
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Home Health experience
- AHA BLS
- Charting/Equipment: Laptop for point of service documentation, NetSmart EMR, and cell phone for GPS and communication
- Float occational
