Job Description:
Mount Tabor Center is a retreat center that houses SPIRITUS Ministries. It consists of 3 floors and 60 beds. The housekeeping staff shall be committed to the mission of SPIRITUS Ministries. Housekeepers are responsible for making the retreat center clean and sanitary for all who enter. If you enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, in a fun dynamic environment, this is a perfect job for you!

Responsibilities:
- Clean retreat center and guest bedrooms
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets, and rugs
- Makes beds and changes linens, sort, wash, and fold laundry
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, and countertops
- Replenish paper products and towels in bathrooms
- Empty trash receptacles
- Complete various other duties to help operate the retreat center
Accountability:
1. The Administrative Assistant will supervise the work of the Housekeeper.
2. The housekeeper will request needed cleaning products/materials as well as any facility damages they discover to the Executive Director in a timely manner.
3. The housekeeper will work in collaboration with the other housekeeping staff.
4. The housekeeper must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job including lifting, bending, reaching and walking stairs.
