We are looking for a skilled Night Shift Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our facility through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, be detail-oriented, and capable of performing a variety of tasks independently during night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean, orderly work areas.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with the day shift team for seamless operation transitions.
• Perform emergency repairs during production and scheduled maintenance during machine service.
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues using knowledge of wiring, circuitry, and relay logic.
• Utilize skills in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and steam troubleshooting and repair.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders for maintenance and service.
• Execute various plumbing maintenance and carpentry tasks.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
• Report faulty operations, defective material, and unusual situations to supervision.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and occasional overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
