Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, ensuring the well-being of patients and delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Duties:

- Perform diagnostic evaluations and provide appropriate medical treatments
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed
- Assist in ventilator management and patient monitoring
- Manage medical records and documentation accurately
- Provide case management and collaborate with healthcare professionals for patient care
- Offer family planning guidance and support
- Deliver compassionate hospice care when needed
- Utilize medical-surgical skills to address patient needs

Qualifications:

- Valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Experience working with children in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in administering injections and medications
- Familiarity with family planning practices
- Ability to manage medical records efficiently
- Knowledge of hospice care principles and practices
