We are seeking an enthusiastic and meticulous candidate with a keen eye for detail to join our team! Doherty Staffing Solutions is currently partnering with a leading restaurant supply store located in Mendota Heights, MN.

What a Quality Technician will do :
- Perform receiving Inspections for raw materials and finished goods
- Perform in-process inspections for manufacturing
- Perform qualification (PPAP, First Article, etc.) activities
- Ensure products are compliant with all company, regulatory, and legal standards
- Set up and perform multiple quality tests
- Accurately compile statistical data as necessary
- Prepare reports on test results
- Define problems and report all quality concerns to management for analysis and disposition
- Learn multiple production and warehouse processes
- Assist in quality process, work instruction, and control plan creation
- Assist with internal audits, calibration activities, and complaint investigation activities
- Assist with production and warehouse processes when Quality needs are slow
What you need to be a Quality Technician :
- Proven experience in a quality control or metrology role
- Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and the ability to apply them in manufacturing and warehouse environments
- Exceptional visual awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Proficiency in using and maintaining test equipment
- Understanding and interpretation of 2D drawings and Blueprints
