Elite Sports Clubs is Hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician Near Mequon, WI
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced maintenance and repair tasks on building systems and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Lead and supervise maintenance team members in executing maintenance and repair activities, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct detailed inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards, and develop plans to address them effectively.
- Coordinate and oversee specialized repairs and maintenance projects, including renovations and upgrades, in collaboration with external contractors and vendors.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and reliability of building systems and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and documentation requirements.
- Uphold safety protocols and regulations in all maintenance activities, prioritizing the well-being of our members and staff.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Facilities Maintenance Technician or similar role, with demonstrated expertise in advanced maintenance and repair tasks.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in building systems and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in building maintenance or related fields (e.g., HVAC certification, electrical license) preferred.
