```Job Overview```

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hardscape installer to join our team. As a Hardscape installer, you need to have at least two years of hardscaping experience. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of various hardscape products and industry standards on installation techniques and the ability to operate a Excavator, and a skid loader. This can be a year round position with snow plowing in the winter., and 40 hours a week quaranteed pay, overtime, paid sick days, paid holidays, and bonuses.

A drivers liscense is also a must.

```Responsibilities```

- Lead Hardcsape construction projects including the installation of hardscapes, such as patios, walkways, stone walls, block retaining walls, and outdoor kitchens.

-Job may require helping to Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees according to design plans.

- Operate power tools such as chop saw, chainsaws, grinders, smart level or zip level,trimmers,compactor and blowers

- Use hand tools for tasks such as digging, raking,

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

```Experience```

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:

- Previous experience in Hardscapes installations.

- Knowledge of Hardescapes techniques and principles.

- Familiarity with power tools used in landscaping, Hardescape industry.

-Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans is a plus.
