Inbound Transfer Coordinator I collaborates directly with clients and servicers in transferring loans as requested based on business needs. Coordinator I is responsible for managing incoming transfers, maintaining records, Loan Boarding administrative duties, and meeting task completion deadlines. The ideal candidate enjoys working with clients, eager to learn, and meets tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains and manages tasks. Close pending tasks within 30 days of the effective service transfer date
• Distribute data and documentation received from Prior Seller/Servicer to the applicable business units within Servbank.
• Facilitates wire transfers for incoming transfers which may include reconciliation and research incorrect balances.
• Maintains relationships with our clients and their inbound transferring needs.
• Completes miscellaneous duties and assists with special projects assigned by senior management.
• Responsible for administrative reporting for clients and Loan Boarding.
• Distributes Meeting minutes for internal Loan Boarding meetings.
• Maintain and respond to communications received through transfer email inboxes.
• Supports Inbound Transfer Coordinators 2 with transfers as needed.

Requirements

• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of standard mortgage documents including origination, servicing, and modifications.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to see tasks through to completion while multi-tasking.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1 years of work experience in the mortgage servicing and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
