Position Overview:

Seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join the team as a Venture Capital Associate focused on technology investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, a passion for technology, and a proven track record of excellence. Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of potential investment opportunities in the technology sector, including market trends, competitive landscape, and financial performance.
• Build detailed financial models and valuation analyses to assess the attractiveness of potential investments and support investment decision-making.
• Assist in due diligence efforts, including reviewing legal documents, conducting management interviews, and evaluating strategic fit.
• Work closely with senior members of the investment team to structure and negotiate transactions, including equity investments, leveraged buyouts, and growth capital financings.
• Monitor and track the performance of portfolio companies, identify value creation opportunities, and support management teams in executing growth strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
