Title: In-House General Counsel
Location: South Miami, Florida (On-site)
Salary: $135-$175k EOY Bonus (Up to $100k - 10% Profit Share)
Haraka Headhunters LLC is an attorney search firm specializing in corporate attorney placements. We are currently working with a top-tier specialty financing/factoring company who provides cash advances to contactors in the insurance space.
What We Are Looking For...
- At least 3 years of business litigation experience
- Experience working with outside counsel to coordinate litigation
- At least 3 years of experience in a general counsel role preferably at a funding or insurance company
- Must have experience drafting investor memorandums and legal opinions
- Experience purchasing receivables is a plus
Education Requirements:
- JD or LLM from a US ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted and in good standing with the FL State Bar Association
