Job Description:

Maintenance Lead will perform maintenance of buildings and equipment as well as other tasks required for physical plant operation.

Duties Include:

• Assist with turnover work & renovations

• Small project completion in assigned areas

• Drive golf carts between facilities & service center

• Perform snow removal when needed

• Assist with special events, set-up & tear down

• Assist with intercepts, lock-outs, 911 calls as requested

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical

• Good communication skills

• Ability to drive a golf cart, climb a ladder, & work without close supervision

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and 80 lbs occasionally

Schedule:

• M-F, 1st shift

• Weekends and evenings on-call per schedule rotation
