POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for providing support and help the Sales teams on activities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

•Assist the VP of Sales & Marketing with all sale and marketing objectives, as required.

•Support 2 - 5 Sales Representatives.

•Produce and distribute production schedules to dealers.

•Coordinate meetings with customers and/or Vendors.

•Coordinate travel arrangements for sales staff.

•Coordinate show registrations, etc.

•Process Expense reports for VP of Sales

•Facilitate ordering of business cards, promotional items, etc.

•Basic Administrative duties including, maintaining files and special projects as assigned

Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

•Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

•Ability to work at all levels of the organization.

•Ability to prioritize day and allow for flexibility.

•Strong computer skills, with proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.

•Project Management skills a plus.

•Some travel may be required.
