Duties:

- Administer infusion therapies including Antibiotics, Immunoglobulins, Alpha-1 Antitrypsins, Enzyme replacements, and more in patients' homes.

- Perform Port, PIV, PICC, and Midline care with precision and expertise.

- Conduct lab draws as necessary during patient visits.

- Educate and train patients on infusion procedures and self-care practices.

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure treatment plans are followed accurately.

- Build strong rapport with patients to provide compassionate care and support.

Requirements:

- Active RN license in NJ with a strong background in home infusion services.

- Proficient in IV start skills and infection control practices.

- Experience in case management, PICU, catheterization, trauma medicine, or related fields is advantageous.

- Ability to conduct physical examinations and adhere to healthcare standards effectively.

- Familiarity with primary care, infectious disease care, and patient education techniques.
