About Us:

Our program offers supportive living for youths and families facing significant mental and behavioral health challenges. With innovative academic strategies and trained mental health professionals, we provide individualized learning support, ensuring students have access to the general education curriculum as outlined by the Vermont Department of Education.

Responsibilities: Full job description available at time of interview

· Supervise and mentor students, modeling appropriate behavior and managing crises.

· Implement social and recreational activities.

· Provide care and psychosocial education according to individual treatment plans.

· Teach daily living skills, meal preparation, and hygiene practices.

· Foster positive relationships to refine social and coping skills.

· Plan and execute daily routines and meaningful programming.

· Accurately document service delivery and incidents.

· Participate in pre-shift meetings and professional development.

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Associate or bachelor’s degree or 60 college credits, OR

· 2 years of full-time experience working with youths, OR

· Combination of relevant credits and experience totaling 2 years, OR

· 7 years of parenting experience.

· Valid driver's license & 21 years of age.

· Authorized to work in the United States.

· Satisfactory completion of background and pre-employment checks.

· Compassionate and dedicated with a passion for youth development.
