• Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute personalized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities in cooperation with parents, therapists, and fellow educators.
  • Modify instructional materials and techniques to suit varied learning styles and capacities.
  • Deliver direct instruction in core academic subjects, life skills, and social-emotional growth, tailored to individual student needs.
  • Collaborate with peers to devise and implement inclusion and differentiation strategies within the standard curriculum.

• Range: $35 to $45 per hour

• Certification: Possess valid state certification in Special Education (CT).
• Education: Hold a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Special Education.
