Prestigious and growing law firm seeks a Call Center Supervisor to manage and motivate a team of call center representatives. This will be a full-time position, Monday-Friday, based out of Middletown, NY. The ideal candidate will have a leadership background in customer service and a passion for helping others. The Call Center Supervisor will be a driving force for their team, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of call center representatives
  • Monitor and analyze performance KPI metrics
  • Provide coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance
  • Handle escalated customer calls and resolve issues promptly
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Skills:

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience in supervising teams
  • Project Management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bilingual - Spanish
