PAC Worldwide is Hiring an IT Services Manager Near Middletown, OH
In this hands on leadership role, you will drive the strategy and operations for providing world-class IT support to our entire organization. You will manage a team focused on hardware support, application troubleshooting, asset management, access control, and supporting enterprise system deployments.
This role will be based in our Middletown, OH facility overseeing IT Services teams at our US locations.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing IT Services team through mentorship and hands-on management
- Collaborate across IT to define processes, escalation procedures, configuration management, and service level agreements
- Oversee support queue, schedules, and goals to achieve target service metrics
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support resolving complex hardware, application, and infrastructure issues (Please note, as a working manager, you will provide higher level support to the team and our internal customers)
- Partner with other IT teams on projects, system deployments, and infrastructure maintenance
- Continual improvement of IT service management, asset management, and change management practices
- Associate's degree in computer science, information systems or related field
- 5 years of IT Services/Desktop Support experience
- 2 years of people management experience
- ITIL Foundation certification required
- Strong technical skills in Windows, Office, imaging, mobile device management
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, endpoint management
- Experience supporting manufacturing systems like PLCs, printers, line of business apps
- Excellent troubleshooting, multitasking, and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, travel up to 30%
