Job Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for various administrative and recordkeeping supporting company initiatives relating to recruiting, employee relations, employee development, employee benefits, and disciplinary action including termination through effective communication and information sharing.
The HR Coordinator serves as a link between our corporate HR department and front-line supervisors / managers in a region or subsidiary of Barrett Industries.
